We want you to love your SBC Skincare products; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure that products are returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our Customer Care team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization code.
Pack Your Items
Securely package the products in their original boxes, ensuring the Return Authorization code is clearly written on the outside of the parcel.
Ship to SBC
Send your package via a tracked postal service to our distribution center; we recommend keeping your postage receipt until the return is processed.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
